What an amazing year for the SocialPath Solutions team! Here are just some of the highlights of what we have accomplished together, and a peek into some of the goals we’re setting for ourselves as we start 2017.

We began the year with a group of Clients who took a chance on us as our Beta Clients. Among them were a coffee roaster, a university, a private school and religious organization, and a couple of tech support firms. With their patience and support, we learned a lot about what we wanted to provide and what they wanted from us. As the programs closed we converted a high percentage of them from Beta to full members of our growing family.

During the year we developed more relationships with new Clients and deepened our relationships with others. We have increased our Client roster every month with several new small businesses and startups from around the country. Our engagement team earned the business of our first enterprise retailer and has exemplified the high quality of social media engagement and support we pride ourselves on.

SocialPath Solutions wouldn’t be where we are today without our team.

We have some really amazing teammates that are totally dedicated to each other and the mission of providing world-class 24/7 support to our Clients.

Madelyn Olsen joined officially in late December 2015 and started her work as an Engagement Specialist in January. She’ll be the first to celebrate an anniversary with us! Madelyn has moved up to lead our SocialPath Creative division as our Creative Director. She has grown her team to offer video production, graphics design, and copywriting among other creative and digital services.

Our engagement team wouldn’t be able to offer around the clock support for our Clients and their Customers without the leadership of Joe Cortez. Joe quickly stepped up to the role of Director of Operations in a few short months after joining the team in May. He’s developed training programs and wrangles the intricacies of managing a 24/7 team.

Chase Conner also joined the team in May and has led the team in a variety of roles. He’s currently our senior Client Director who focuses on some of the most complex relationships we have with on our growing roster of Clients. Chase has the ability to relate to Client businesses and their internal teams that are vital to everyone’s success beyond just engagement.

SocialPath Solutions gained an enormous asset when Scott Ontiveroz joined the team shortly after Joe and Chase in early June. Scott has the ability to find nearly anything on the Internet and has improved many of our processes in his short time here. Currently a Client Director, Scott has been recognized for his contributions to the social media community as 1 of “65 People Are Top Influencers Who Bring Real Value to Twitter”.

Speaking of awards, Scott and Al were both named on the International Customer Management Institute’s “Top 50 Thought Leaders to Follow on Twitter: 2016 Edition.” Together they made us the only company to have two people listed. Al was also recognized as a social media thought leader by Conversocial and Microsoft among others. Shaun was nominated as a Top Tech-prenuer by the San Antonio Business Journal as part of their annual Tech Titans Awards.

As you can see, 2016 has been an amazing year! 2017 is already shaping up to be another time of tremendous growth and opportunity for the team!
